To log into your Floetique account, click on the “Account” icon at the top right corner of the website. Enter your email address and password, then click “Login.” If you encounter any issues, please click on “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please log into your account, go to the “Orders” section, and select the order you wish to cancel. If the cancel option is unavailable, please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible for assistance.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, log into your Floetique account and go to the “Account Details” section. Enter your current password and then your new password in the provided fields. Click “Save Changes” to update your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the login page to receive a password reset email.

How much is shipping?

How do I return my item?
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Log into your Floetique account and go to the “Orders” section.
Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Click on the “Return Item” button and follow the instructions to complete the return request.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return shipping label.
