Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wecare@floetique.com.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
